OVERVIEW

Responsible for entire HR function for multiple facilities. Provide technical and strategic support, direction and expertise, and serve as a Strategic Business Partner providing HR leadership and counsel to the company?s leadership team.

Recruiting * Interviewing
New Employee Orientation, Assimilation, On-boarding
Talent Development
Performance Management * Disciplinary Actions * Terminations
Retirement Planning/Administration and Compliance
Manage all Retirement Plans (401K, Salaried Plan and Non-Qual)
Record Keeping * Maintenance of Records
Lead Health and Wellness Initiative
Communication and Implementation of the Local Office Affirmative Action Plan [AAP]
Vendor Management for Business Process Outsourcing Strategy

REQUIREMENTS

>> Bachelor?s degree; MBA preferred; HR Certification preferred
>> Minimum 10-15 years experience
>> MUST have manufacturing experience; durable goods preferred
>> HRMS; SAP
>> Ability to travel up to 20%
>> Excellent communication skills
>> Skillful in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
>> Honest, forthright character
>> Must enjoy living in a small town, community setting
